Deep Set Eyes?

Are my eyes deep set, hooded and small? I find it hard to cover my eye circles and I have shadows.
I never know what sort of make up looks I can do. Any advise would be great.

You're right on all counts as far as I can see!

You can find out more about covering dark circles, then find the right concealer. If concealer alone doesn't work, try a corrector under it...
